Workshops

Have you ever wanted to expand your world and learn something new? Well, that’s exactly what the How-To Fair is all about. Taught by local experts and business owners, a wide range of learning opportunities are offered. Remember you can chose among 30 different workshops, so join us for one session or stay all day; whatever your interest and schedule allows.

Workshops are open to adults and teens over 12, except where noted.

Due to space availability and anticipated popularity, we recommend registering online.  A limited number of walk-ins will be permitted as space allows after registered guests are admitted.

Workshops will be offered at three different locations:

    •  Plainfield Public Library,15025 S. Illinois Street
    •  Plainfield Township Community Center, 15014 S. Des Plaines Street
    • Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street
